After careful consideration & initial enquiries, we conclude our long term strategy is to develop 24 apartments on the site.
Brief Overview
Property Link carried out feasibility, Structural & Valuation Appraisal, which then lead to the negotiations of the purchase. The property was vacant. Property Link refurbished and developed the site into sections and then found suitable tenants. Leases were negotiated and drafted.
The property was purchased with a view of developing 24 apartments. Planning permission is currently being prepared for this development.
