Project Details :

Upon instructions of investors : We purchased the property in 2008, the property was then subsequently split into 6 units, for maximum yields.

 

The also purchased a plot of land opposite the acquisition, to further maximise profits, having obtained planning consent for 4 houses, which we immediatly sold with the benefit of detailed planning permission.

 

The parcel of land with it's new detailed planning consent was then portioned off , with separate title deeds, to all 4 portions.

 

 

Brief Overview

 

Property Link carried out a feasibility study, which included Structural and Valuation reports and negotiated the purchase. Property Link then sub divided in to 7 units and also obtained planning consent for 4 town houses.

 

Six units and the site with planning consent for houses were all sold within a short amount of time at a good profit on behalf of the landlord.

 

The remaining units are currently being occupied by the landlord for storage.

 

The neighbouring unit recently suffered a fire, which caused substantial damage to our unit. Property Link is managing the process and have acted on behalf of the client in settling the insurance claim by providing Structural and Engineering Reports, with full costing’s.
