Upon instructions of investors : The lease was assigned in 2007, An investment of approximately £500,000 has been made to develop this site into a ‘State of the Art’ 24 access Self Storage Unit.
The Unit has been refurbished to a high standard with incorporation of Self Storage units & refurbishment of the existing office to the first floor.

Property Link carried out feasibility, Structural and Valuation Appraisal. Property Link negotiated a reverse premium with the Agents, due to the ‘Over Rent’ on the existing lease
A business plan was put together and funding was arranged for the complete ‘fit out’ of the 24 self-storage facility. Property Link managed the complete process from inception to completion. The business is running successfully.
Property Link managed the site and have recently managed part of the property, so as to support the client in wholesaling the furniture.
