Brief Overview
Property Link carried out a feasibility study, which included Structural and Valuation reports and negotiated the purchase. Property Link designed and managed the complete fit of the 24hour state of the art self-storage facility.
The business is performing well and Property Link is currently planning the next phase of development of further units.
