Brief Overview

Property Link carried out a feasibility study, which included Structural & Valuation Reports.

Based on Property Link’s advice, the property was purchased via the vendors agents. Funding was arranged via property Link.

The property was developed by improvements and additions to the existing site such as a conference centre.

The improvement made has enhanced the Value of the property.

All Building works were supervised and monitored by Property Link.
