Brief Overview
Property Link carried out a Development Appraisal and feasibility, which lead to the negotiation of the purchase, which was direct from the vendor.
After purchase, planning permission was obtained to demolish the existing building, with the erection of 2x 4 bedroom dormer bungalows.
Property Link completely managed the planning application, tender selection of builders, as well as monitor of the building costings through to completion.
Funding for the purchase of the site to redevelopment was arranged by Property Link.
On completion, tenants were found for both units, with a good yield.
