Upon instruction of investors : Property Link sourced and acquired a portfolio of 100 apartments in Tangiers, Morocco in 2007.
Project value £10M. Property Link has set up a local international office in Mallabate, Tangiers, that also manage the investment.
Brief Overview
Property Link carried out feasibility and provided Valuation advice to investors. Property Link then negotiated the purchase with the developer and structured a payment proposal, with the support of International Lawyers from the UK, Local Lawyers and Accountants were also consulted, and who formed part of the team advising Property Link clients in the purchase of the investment.
Funding was arranged by Property Link, who introduced other investors from the UK, so as to spread the risk and benefit from a ‘bulk buy’ price.
Property Link manages the portfolio from the local international Moroccan office. Even with the ‘credit crunch’ Property Link’s advice has paid dividends, with capital appreciation of around 100% and rental yields of 20%.
