Upon instruction of investors : Property Link sourced and acquired the Kings Road site in Tyseley, Birmingham in 2005.
A project value of £3M. The property comprises approximately 100,000 sq ft of industrial space and offices.
Brief Overview
Property Link carried out feasibility, Structural and Valuation reports and then negotiated a deal with the selling agent. Funding was arranged and planning consent was obtained for change of use from B2 industrial to B8 Storage and Wholesale user class.
The building was purchased with vacant possession and a business plan was constructed.
We then designed and managed a complete design and build of a 24hour state of the art self-storage facility, which is running very successfully.
Property Link continues to manage the site.
