Upon instructions of investors : Property Link sourced and acquired a portfolio of apartments in Jumeria, Dubai in 2007.
Project value approximately £1M.
Property Link has set up a local Industrial Office in Al-Barsha, Dubai, who run a successful Real Estate Office (Intelligent Real Estate).
Property Link also accredited by all the local professional bodies, PERA, as well as the RICS (UAE).
Brief Overview
Property Link carried out feasibility and provided Valuation advice to investors. Property Link then negotiated the purchase with the developer and agreed a payment plan in line with our client’s cash flow capabilities. Property Link, Local Lawyers and Accountants were consulted, who provided valuable advice to our client in their decision to purchase.
Property Link manages the portfolio from the local Dubai office. The ‘credit crunch’ has not affected the performance of the investments with 100% capital growth and rental yields of 20%!!
