Upon instructions of investors : We purchased the site in 1999, the site is currently a State of the Art 24 hour access Self Storage facility.
£700,000 invested to refurbish the property, with offices and completion of storage the units.
Brief Overview
Property Link carried out a feasibility, Structural Report, Valuation Appraisal, and then the negotiation of the purchase.
After purchase, a planning application was submitted from B2 Industrial to B8 storage/Distribution. A lease was also negotiated with Orange Mobile Telecommunication on the roof top. The Business Rates were successfully appealed.
Property Link managed the complete process to build a 24 hour State of the Art Self Storage Facility.
Property Link continues to actively manage the site to monitor income for the landlord and ensure the property complies with Health and Safety Legislation.
