Upon instruction of investors : We purchased the property in 2005, the site is currently a State of the Art 24 hour access Self Storage facilities.
Approximately £800,000 was invested on property refurbishment including offices, main warehouse & rear yard development.
Brief Overview
Property Link carried out feasibility, Structural and Valuation Appraisals, which lead to the purchase of the site. Property Link arranged the funding.
Property Link was instructed to manage the complete fit out of the 24 hour State of The Art Self Storage Facility, which has been trading successfully since completion of works in 2006.
The site was purchased, due to its prime position on the main Kingsway north. Some businesses located on site include the Skills Funding Academy, Del Monte and opposite a prime 20 acre development site, which has just had planning consent for a mixed use development consisting of shops and hotel.
This will have a very positive impact on the Market Value of our client’s investment.
