Upon instruction of investors : We purchased the property in 2007, Principley it is an industrial site with offices, which is currently being used as storage facilities.
There is additional land to the side of the property, which is currently being used as a car park.
We have also obtained planning permission for a 24 hrs state of the art Self Storage Facility, the site also separately has a 70,000 sqft Manufacturing Unit.
Brief Overview
Property Link carried out a feasibility, which included Structural and Valuation Reports, which lead to the negotiation of the purchase. After purchase, planning consent was obtained from B2 industrial to B8 wholesale and distribution.
The down turn in market conditions, caused us to change our strategy from self-storage, to renting out the industrial unit and make a ‘Pay & Display’ car park, which was designed and constructed under supervision of Property Link. The whole site is now yielding a good return
